President's Message
As Makro Construction, we have been applying the principles we have established as grounds in 2004 when we were founded, and hence, we have been achieving successes.
We have reached up to a total of 600.000 m2 construction area as 6701 residents, 362 commercial units and many social facilities, schools and sanctuaries at our completed and ongoing projects up until today. We believe, this success we have achieved in such a short time period is a result of our commitment to the principles we have identified at the beginning. We consider it beneficial to share these principles with you and hereunder.
Namely, Makro Construction has applied below principles yesterday and will hopefully continue to apply today and tomorrow as well.
- To try achieving the perfection, to do the best of every work we perform.
- To timely and fully pay what our employees and suppliers are entitled to.
- To be a righteous and trusted trader, not to deceive and keep our promises.
As a result of these principles up until today, we never made a late delivery. On the contrary, we have provided early deliveries in all of our projects for 3 to 14 months. We have always been an exemplary company for the administrations we have worked for with our quality. We never experienced any receivable-payable action with any of our suppliers, we have affected all of our payments and cheques without any problems and on time. We have placed emphasis on training of our employees, we deemed them as the real owners of our success. We have not considered institutionalization as a set of rules, but a tool for realization of our total quality management as based on a system regardless of persons. We have always kept our promises till today. We did not target earning money, succeeding, paying more tax in our country (we have been at top ten of the tax office we are subject to), creating more employment (employing approximately 3500 people) and all praise due to Allah, we have achieved them all. We have cared about sales and post-delivery customer satisfaction. We have constructed the infrastructure and system to respond to any inquiry, support or complaint regarding any of our projects within 24 hours.
Our main target also from now on is to work committed to these main principles of us, to be an actor adding value to our country and sector.
